Dear Professional, If you are interested in a career, or an experience in real estate, we are anxious to talk to you. As members of five (5) multiple listing systems, we have literally thousands of homes, land parcels, and commercial establishments to offer our customers. In addition, we have some very active web sites generating just over a MILLION by the years end (if our calculations are correct), plus we have dozens of ancillary sites. To accommodate our growing customer base, we are seeking new team members who are responsible and service-orientated. We welcome seasoned, or re-entry agents, to consider our agency, as well as new energetic salespersons, to join us in a career of real estate. Our main office is conveniently located in the center of Schroon Lake, NY. In March of 2003, we opened an office in Lake Placid, NY expanding our reach for our customers to include Saranac Lake, the Whiteface mountain area, as well as west to Indian/Long Lake and over into St. Lawrence County. In April of 2003, Adirondack Country Homes Realty opened a branch office in Willsboro to help our Champlain Valley customers. This office will assist the Elizabethtown to Plattsburgh area and up to our US border. In 2004, we opened our Gore Mtn. Regional office in North Creek extending our reach into the central Adirondacks. In 2005, we had phenomenal growth. Our Port Henry office opened to help our Vermont viewers check out the Adirondacks; and mid summer, we opened our High Peaks office, and in late in that same year, we opened our Speculator Regional office. Our Speculator office was a pleasant surprise, because we found the talent of our team needed their own office. In, 2007, the Port Henry Office is undergoing an expansion of area northerly into Westport and Essex and a transformation merge with the North Hudson office and expanding. In May of 2007, we opened a branch office in Bloomingdale to cover the tri-county area (St. Lawrence, Franklin & Essex). Plans for 2008 will include a Commercial Real Estate division. Due to this continued expansion, we need professional and energetic agents. With 6 million acres to cover, our customers need professional agents to help them with their real estate needs. Besides having comfortable offices to work in, we also employ the latest technology in marketing. We maintain a strong computer network and have our own mainframe server on-site. We maintain our own web sites with (currently) five web masters. Also, available to our agents is the use of in-house graphic artists for brochure implementation, and on-line file documentation. We have color laser printing capabilities, and a host of other tools for a successful future in real estate. If you're in the Adirondack's, you're in Adirondack Country Homes Territory. If you are interested in joining us, or discussing the opportunity we can offer you, please call us directly at 518-532-7900. Sincerely, Darleen March |
