Clover Mead Farms has approximately 45% of its total acreage (112 acres complete) available for grazing.  Ten acres are set nicely for the homestead and the back acreage is nicely wooded.  The sales room and storage barn are across the street.  These buildings house the milking parlor (30'x30'), cheese curing cellar (16'x8'), cheese making factory (16'x30' and 20'x20'), the retail shop (high ceiling 26'x30') that does deli sandwiches and delicious soups, as well as cheese and "organic" products.  There is a staff apartment above the barn as well.

There are three Quonset type shelters (green house, calving nursery and field cow shelter).  The milking parlor has 300 gallon capacity of cooled (regularly inspected) hygienic tanks.   The main barn mechanical room has 125,00 btu steam boiler, a 3 hp vacuum pump for moving fluids and a commercial 'on demand' hot water system.  The cheese cellar can sort up to 5,000 pounds of cheeses under temperature and humidity control.  The greenhouse (30'x26') has its own heaters for early crops.  Garden space is approximately 50'x75' currently of which some produce is sold in the shop.  The cow shelter (50'x30') has deep foundation drainage, ventilation and bulk feeding headlocks.  The nursery shelter (26'x40') provides 12 stalls with fenced pen.
